You haven’t danced until you’ve stepped with Sha.
With a Master’s degree in Instructional Design focused on Adult Education, Sha seamlessly blends the art of learning with the pure joy of movement. She is a certified group fitness instructor and professional choreographer skilled in over 10 diverse dance styles and techniques. Specializing in Classic Country, Country Dance Music (CDM), Southern Soul, and trail ride stylized dancing, she designs high-energy, accessible experiences and effective curriculums that empower dancers and fitness enthusiasts alike.

Sha’s journey with dance began as a little girl. At just four years old, her aunts and uncles would enthusiastically pay her to sing and dance to entertain the family. By the age of eight, she was already choreography-driven, directing her very first routines and competing at the local Boys & Girls Club. Growing up in the vibrant Atlanta dance scene, her rhythm, sharpness, and instinct earned her a reputation as a champion of dance battles across the Atlanta area. Dance has never just been what she does—it is a core piece of who she is.
For Sha, dance is more than fitness; it is a lifeline. To share its healing power, she is launching IWANTD.A.D. (Dancing Against Depression). This upcoming charitable organization bridges the deep love she holds for her father with the movement therapy that saves her daily.
This mission stems directly from Sha’s own health journey. She credits her love of line dancing to healing her holistically, and Sha is on a mission to spread that joy, community, and mental wellness.
Whether you are stepping into her class to sweat, to learn, or to heal, you are stepping into a space designed by an expert, led by a champion, and fueled by pure heart.
